Please contact us by email, and we will answer your request for help within one business day.

Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • The program you are using or having trouble with
  • The version of Windows or Mac OS you have on your computer
  • A detailed description of the problem you're experiencing such as any error messages, and at which point in the use of the program the error message or problem occurs. Does it happen when you click a specifc button, during installation, etc.?
  • If you placed an online order, please specify which website you ordered from, the name used on the order, product purchased, and the order date.
