Welcome to the TrueType font preview for the CK CD's.

TrueType fonts are black and white fonts that you find in your
word processor's list of fonts, or in the list of fonts for any
other program you might have on your computer. You
only have to install them once, and they're available
for all of your programs to use.

Common Font Questions

  1. Can I add color to my fonts? Yes, but the color only applies to the
outline, or shape of the font. White areas are not filled in.
  2. Can I use fonts in the Creative Lettering program? Yes, but only in the Journalettes section. These fonts differ from the color alphabets in design, file type, and use.
  3. How many fonts can I install on my computer? Windows has a limit of about 1,000 fonts. Beyond that point, fonts installed may not show up for use in your programs.
  4. Can I use these fonts for items I sell? Not without the express written permission of Primedia Magazine. The fonts are protected by copyright law.
