My favorites are not saving after I exit the program. Why not? During installation, the Vault should have created a file in which
it saves your favorites information. If it did not, and your favorites are not saving, create a blank
text file and save it into your Idea Vault folder. Here's how: You'll also want to remember to treat the Favorites button in your CD Can the program's screen size be enlarged? No. As it works now, the Idea Vault will not maximize any larger than it already is. If the Vault was able to maximize to full screen, the layout images would still need to remain at their current size because if you enlarge a JPEG image (which is what the lyouts are) they become very blurry and harder to see. How can I get specific search results? The Index is a general listing of related layouts in the database. For accurate results, be sure to use the Search feature and enter specific keywords. This will return more accurate search results for specific layouts. Also, when using the search function try narrowing down results by un-checking some of the category options. For example, you may want to try searching by title only, or title and one other option. Can the layout images be enlarged? No. The layouts are in bitmap format, which look photorealistic, but loses significant image quality if enlarged or zoomed in on. The layouts were created in their current size in order to fit all 7,500 layout images on the CD. Can I create more than twelve lists of favorites? Unfortunately, the CD packaging is wrong. We apologize for the confusion. We had hoped to allow users the ability to save multiple files of favorites, and it was one of the bugs that could not be fixed while we delayed release of the software (and the packaing was printed previously). You can create 12 lists of favorites on the CD, which is the limit for the current program.
